- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, combining business development and account management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts and meeting performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in B2B sales, outside sales, and product sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding market share goals.
