We’re looking for an on-site Customer Service Representative in the logistics industry to work in Richmond, BC.Our client is a well-regarded company with a strong presence in the warehouse and distribution sector. Known for its supportive team environment and commitment to service excellence, the company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-week contract covering October 15 through the end of November. The CSR will be responsible for managing customer orders, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring a smooth client experience.Customer Service Representative responsibilities:
Manage customer orders from start to finish
Monitor and respond to the CSR team inbox
Work with WMS and TMS systems to support warehouse operations
Provide administrative support to a team of 5 CSRs plus the Manager
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all order processing and communications
The successful candidate has:
2+ years of customer service and order management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and punctuality
Experience using WMS and TMS systems
A reliable vehicle, as the location is not accessible by public transit
Compensation and benefits:
The discussed hourly rate is $20 – $25 depending on experience
Supportive team environment
Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
