- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
- Perform maintenance and repairs on gasoline, diesel, and advanced vehicle systems
- Service braking, suspension, steering, and drivetrain systems
- Troubleshoot engine performance, fuel systems, electrical systems, and emissions components
- Use Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment and manufacturer service software
- Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and scheduled service work
- Complete repairs according to Mercedes-Benz manufacturer specifications
- Maintain accurate service documentation and repair records
- Ensure all work meets dealership quality and safety standards
- Experience as an Automotive Technician / Automotive Service Technician
- Experience working with Mercedes-Benz or other European luxury vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using advanced electronic diagnostic tools and scan equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Own professional tools
- Mercedes-Benz dealership experience
- Automotive Service Technician certification or equivalent experience
- Experience servicing European luxury vehicles (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche)
