- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that incorporates website, search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Update and maintain the company website.
- Liaise with external contractors and freelancers to execute marketing goals.
- Analyze and report on marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to extract key insights for future campaigns.
- Support marketing activities related to company participation in trade shows and association events.
- Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
- Bachelor's degree (in marketing, business, or related field) or comparable work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience developing marketing plans with a focus on digital marketing in a B2B environment.
- Strong project management and decision making skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, ZOHO, SEO, and paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Ability to work independently, initiate projects, execute to completion and analyze metrics and results.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design (experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools a plus).
- Basic knowledge of HTML or website editing tools.
