- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Promote a safety-first culture on the shop floor.
- Implement 6S principles and support ISO 14001 environmental goals.
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth production and maintenance processes.
- Monitor labor, equipment, and material use to meet production targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by overseeing scheduling and logistics.
- Track and improve KPIs, including OEE, scrap reduction, and cycle times.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure availability of critical replacement parts and tooling.
- Work with engineering and tool room teams on repairs, rebuilds engineering changes and tooling trials.
- Maintain accountability for quality standards and customer requirements.
- Support APQP processes and product launches.
- Resolve quality issues promptly, ensuring effective communication with quality teams.
- Lead, train, and develop team leaders and hourly staff.
- Foster a positive and results-oriented work environment.
- Regularly communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- Participate in production meetings and cross-functional reviews.

- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with expertise in tool and die making, production, and maintenance operations.
- Strong understanding of metal stamping, press operations, and quality systems (ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001).
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on, results-driven approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
