- Assist in month-end financial close process ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of Pernod Ricard reporting.
- Understand and help with initiatives to improve centralization and internal control compliance, consistent with PR policies and procedures in accordance with established best practices.
- Understand and apply consistent PR cost accounting methodologies across entities.
- Implement rolling forecast monthly reporting analysis consistent with established processes at other PR operations where reporting is established.
- Understand work order variances and how to communicate these variances to operation team members.
- Assist with Quarterly key cash driver consolidation, analysis and reporting focused on maturing inventories and capital expenditure ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Assist in the reporting of Finance and Operations KPI’s in accordance Pernod Ricard Group Operations requirements.
- Work closely with all divisions, especially operations leads, to perform various ad hoc analysis across sites, including strategic and tactical matters as it relates to budget management, cost of goods analysis, cash flow forecasting, export market opportunities, etc.
- Monthly Variance analysis for Bottling department, financial and operational performance reports. Includes daily review of bottling work orders, weekly department variance and monthly efficiency results.
- Monthly manpower reporting, head count and FTE by department.
- Preparation of the annual budget for the Bottling department, including analysis regarding changes from prior year and reflective of current operations.
- Assist with the manpower and NPP budget for the WLK site.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required - CPA or CMA strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience.
- Strong comprehension of accounting/financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting ..).
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills; required proficiency in Excel (data analysis, forecasting and modeling).
- Effective analytical and communication skills.
