- Develop and implement service strategies that align with Avmax's Dealer's business goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to set after-sales service performance targets, KPIs, and operational goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of the service and spare parts department, ensuring that all services are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure effective coordination between various teams such as service technician, customer support, and parts departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and dealers.
- Address customer concerns and complains promptly, ensuring that they receive exceptional service.
- Providing training for the after-sales service team and dealers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing service and spare parts team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Manage the service department's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Monitor service revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics to maintain operational efficiency.
- Drive initiatives related to system upgrades, software solutions, and service process automation.
- Ensure the consistent application of best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Ensure all service activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and client's policies.
- Promote a safety-first culture within the service team and always ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation, industry trends, and advancements in equipment technology.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in service management, with at least 5 years within the heavy equipment or construction machinery industry.
- Previous experience in a similar management role in an international environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strong experience in managing budgets, financial performance, and cost-control measures within a service department.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
- Proficient communication in English and Chinese is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of the heavy equipment or construction machinery industry, particularly in service operations and maintenance.
- A positive, "Can-do" attitude and customer-oriented approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy, and Sincerity.
