- Conducting thorough legal research using online and offline resources to support case strategies.
- Preparing detailed memos, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Assisting attorneys with fact-checking, document review, and trial preparation as needed.
- Managing and organizing case files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing legal documents, contracts, or court records.
- Staying up to date on legal trends and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
- Performing various administrative tasks to support team efficiency.
- A bachelor's degree and/or completion of ABA-accredited law school coursework preferred. (Current law school students or recent graduates encouraged to apply.)
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with case management systems and office software (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
