If this sounds like you, please see below.Job DescriptionThe General Manager under the direction of the Regional Director will primarily be responsible for the overall operations of the Hotel. They develop the budget for each department, approve expenses and establish the standards of service. The General Manager also has responsibility for departmental meetings, supplier relations and overall maintenance of the establishment. The manager will address and deal with customer complaints and ensure that customers have an enjoyable visit at the hotel.Why This Role is Exciting

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations.
  • Lead with a hands-on management style, inspiring and developing your team.
  • Drive financial performance, establish service standards, and monitor results.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Build strong community, business, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • Foster a guest-first culture, addressing feedback and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years Hotel General Manager experience OR 3–4 years as a Sales or Rooms Division Manager.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with proven success in motivating and developing teams.
  • Experience in financial management, strategic planning, and operational excellence.
  • A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Hotel PMS systems.
