About You
You're a self-starter who thrives in high-accountability environments
You've led major ICI, healthcare, institutional, transit, or residential builds from Cradle-to-Grave - with quality, safety, and schedule in alignment
You're the person who lives for site action - energizing your team, solving problems before they arise, and building strong relationships across the board
You understand that success on site is built on trust, communication, and coordination - with trades, consultants, clients, and your PM counterpart
You've developed a sharp, strategic mindset around logistics, sequencing, and risk - always with a Plan B ready
