Your job is essentially to come have fun with my 1.5 year old! She's an energetic and lovely girl but can be shy at first. She meshes so well with a personality type that isn't afraid of being silly, grounded, and making fun games out of nothing! Like all kids, she doesn't overthink. And if you can manage to not (to a certain extent), then definitely come enjoy each others' company! I also work from the area that you will be with her, so the ability to gently draw her attention to you and keep each other engaged is a must!
