- Prepare and coordinate full-cost estimates for industrial projects including insulation and cladding
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, including P&ID and ISO drawings to accurately prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates
- Effectively communicate with clients and participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to assess project scope
- Collaborate with the project team and other stakeholders to ensure the vision of our projects is maintained
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
- 3-5+ years estimating experience
- Journeyman Insulator ticket or hands on industrial construction experience is an asset
- Mechanical Engineering Diploma is an asset
- Ability to travel to site as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
