- Partnership with operational teams to support key commercial initiatives and objectives
- Opportunity to develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
- Define and track key financial metrics and key performance indicators
- Provide detailed explanations for performance deviations and contribute to corrective action plans
- Ability to continuously refine forecasting methodologies to enhance accuracy and reliability
- Analyze expenses, providing insights into cost drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to facilitate informed decision-making
- Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis and reporting or similar role
- Strong knowledge of business fundamentals and financial acumen
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Experience using SAP, BPC, or Power BI is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
