- Cook and prepare various food items following production guidelines and standardized recipes
- Prepare the daily menu
- Set up the workstation with all required ingredients and equipment; prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, cutting, and peeling
- Ensure quantities are respected and that quality meets Aramark standards
- Demonstrate creativity while meeting client needs
- Optimize food costs
- Participate in service
- Complete production, temperature, waste, and other related logs
- Participate in inventory counts
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with applicable legislation, company policies and procedures, and M.A.P.A.Q. standards
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in food service or restaurant environment
- Catering preparation experience (asset)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Autonomy in completing tasks
- MAPAQ Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (asset)
- Ability to work under pressure during peak service hours
- Excellent customer service
