
Regional Administrator

- Preparing payroll for unionized employees for the Region (multiple provinces), submitted from scheduling and operations
- Daily & Weekly payroll auditing, verification, & submission for unionized employees
- Maintain various tracking spreadsheets and update employee profile information
- Tracking and submitting enrollment forms, claims, etc. for both branch and field employees
- Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the payroll program, ensuring that new or more accurate information is diligently input, and all input deadlines are met
- Input and pay fleet invoices for the Region
- Audit, code, and submit accounts payable invoices for the Region
- Collect invoices and reconcile corporate credit accounts
- All other tasks as assigned

- Experience and/or knowledge in a logistical environment is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Experience with Dayforce is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
