What You'll Need to Be Successful:
Level One RIBO License (held for at least two years)
3+ years of insurance experience
Strong product knowledge and a natural ability to explain things clearly
Friendly, people-first communication style
Self-motivation and a team mindset-you can work solo, but love to collaborate
