- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through efficient receiving, dispatching, and quality assurance of goods.
- Manage deliveries to ensure timely arrival of the correct products in appropriate quantities.
- Identify and rectify errors to maximize customer benefits and ensure punctual shipments.
- Oversee the Order to Cash (O2C) process, including accounts receivable and liaising with the accounting department.
- Monitor and enhance the performance of the Canada Distribution Center across all business areas.
- Define and track logistics KPIs; conduct business reviews with 3PL providers to ensure optimal performance.
- Plan and supervise the daily flow of goods, including LTL freight, and accessory and service parts shipments.
- Address shipment-related issues efficiently and collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate master data, shipping conditions, and SAP knowledge.
- Execute inventory cycle counts and annual full inventory counts.
- Provide solutions to stakeholders and maintain consistent communication with the Order Fulfillment team.
- Support annual business planning, budgeting, strategic initiatives, and KPI processes.
- Collaborate with finance to optimize logistics processes, including warehousing and transportation.
- Assist with rework requests and marketing events as necessary.
- Plan and execute pre-stacking requirements for key accounts.
- Fulfill responsibilities of the inside sales team, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Contribute to strategic long-term goals and offer operational expertise as a member of the leadership team.
- Lead and supervise a team of seven Order Fulfillment Representatives.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, supply planning, and 3PL management in a warehouse setting.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency with SAP standard SD & LE module transactions.
- Preferred experience with CRM Salesforce systems.
- Strong skills in order management and customer service software.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude in customer and business partner interactions.
