We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee carbon fiber manufacturing operations. This organization is revolutionizing carbon fiber and nanofiber production through sustainable, low-emission processes. As a key leader on the production floor, you’ll manage teams, ensure safety and quality, and support scaling efforts in a cleantech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of carbon fiber production lines during assigned shiftsSupervise, train, and mentor frontline production staffLead EH&S initiatives, including hazard assessments and safety briefingsMonitor output, compliance, and quality standards across the floorResolve issues with staffing, scheduling, and equipment in real timeMaintain cross-functional communication and escalate issues where necessaryDrive accountability through performance tracking and continuous improvementSupport onboarding and training of new hiresQualifications3–5 years of hands-on experience in carbon fiber production or related manufacturingBachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)Proven track record in managing production teams and enforcing safety standardsFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologiesERP systems and data tracking experience highly preferredStrong communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Important NotesMust be open to working rotating 24/7 onsite shiftsThis is a confidential search – company details will be shared during recruiter screeningCandidates must complete a phone screening prior to client submissionVisa sponsorship is not available for this roleRemote or hybrid work is not an option
