- Represent and promote company products within the retail industry.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and achieve market share
- Create brand awareness and community engagement within given territory and
- Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume.
- Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable
- Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them into gain on-going sales that would
- Effectively manage your given territory, ensuring all administration records and
- Conduct programs with key stakeholders and customers at current locations.
- Developing project specific proposals and sales budget targets based on client profile.
- Build and develop relationships with managers and staff at each assigned retail location.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager in planning sales activities and setting sales goals for
- Proven track record working remotely and independently with 3+ years sales
- Clear passion for and solid understanding of cannabis and cannabis-based products.
- College Diploma or University Degree is required.
- Strong technology skills and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook,
- Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate our value
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time for trade shows,
