Inside Sales RepresentativeRichmond Hill, ONAbout the Company:White Ash Group has been engaged by a fully licensed Cannabis company to recruit for theirnext Inside Sales Representative.The company operates five lines of business servicing the domestic and global cannabisindustry including: wholesale product distribution, a consumer brands portfolio, a medicalmarketplace, a full-service medical cannabis clinic, and a retail “farm-gate” store.Job Description:The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for maximizing volume and share of marketin their territory. Key duties include achievement of sales objectives, educating both consumersand retailers, and being the mastery of internal CRM reporting. Relationship building isessential in this role.Responsibilities:
  • Represent and promote company products within the retail industry.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue targets and achieve market share
objectives.
  • Create brand awareness and community engagement within given territory and
establish rapport with key target consumer.
  • Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume.
  • Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable
share and volume through distribution, visibility, and service.
  • Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them into gain on-going sales that would
increase the company's branded product shelf presence in retail stores.
  • Effectively manage your given territory, ensuring all administration records and
information is up to date and documented in CRM platform.
  • Conduct programs with key stakeholders and customers at current locations.
  • Developing project specific proposals and sales budget targets based on client profile.
  • Build and develop relationships with managers and staff at each assigned retail location.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager in planning sales activities and setting sales goals for
assigned districts.Must Have:
  • Proven track record working remotely and independently with 3+ years sales
experience.
  • Clear passion for and solid understanding of cannabis and cannabis-based products.
  • College Diploma or University Degree is required.
  • Strong technology skills and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook,
Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) is considered an asset.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate our value
proposition effectively to retailers, partners, and consumers, and speak confidentlyabout the products and promotions. You alleviate confusion-not cause it.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time for trade shows,
company events, etc.
  • Note: The chosen applicant will be required to successfully complete reference checks
