  • Assists the Food & Beverage management team to ensure that F&B outlets operates successfully and in accordance with brand standards
  • To provide a warm welcome and seat arriving guests
  • Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
  • Serve food and beverage items in a timely fashion, assisting other staff whenever required
  • Handles guest enquires in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if there is no immediate solution and assure follow up with guests.
  • To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned place of work to the set standards.
  • Respond to guest enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, sharing local knowledge when possible
  • To care for others, team members and guests alike, so they can be their best
Qualifications:To be considered for this role the candidate should possess the following:
  • Good food and beverage service skills
  • 1 year experience in a similar position
  • Good coffee making skills
  • Ability to work a rotational roster
  • Excellent customer service
  • Current NSW RSA Competency Card
