As an Account Manager, you support two or more Client Relationship Managers (CRMs), you’ll act as the voice of the client within Desjardins primarily coordinating client requests and collaborating with internal partners to deliver exceptional service and supporting client initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals with GRS experience who enjoy client interaction, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration. You collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to manage and produce detailed, accurate, and timely client requests, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to projects for key clients. Through strong coordination, analytical problem-solving, and a solid understanding of Group Retirement Services (GRS) products and solutions, you ensure client deliverables are executed with precision and quality. More specifically, you will be required to:Maintain outstanding relationships between GRS and the client and advisors/consultants with the CRM.Attend client meetings as required with the CRM, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.Provide support to the CRM on identified requests/projects for strategic clients which will require collaborating with internal partners.Understand and review industry trends and stay current on new or modified products and services to help support the CRM.Identify possible best practices for our clients.Take ownership for submitting identified requests, such as marketing or education, to support client initiatives which will include peer reviews.Participate and contribute to internal projects with the objective of bringing the client perspective to the conversation.Support the resolution of issues with the help of internal teams, inform them of potential problems and make recommendations to improve client satisfaction.What we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment*Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.
