- Monitor the behavior of the value chain of the markets where Garda's operates, seeking to identify opportunities for new solutions;
- Identify the needs of the market in order to generate opportunities for action and development of new solutions, through visits and/or contact with customers (Fact-Finding Process);
- Identify existing solutions in GardaWolrd's business units in other countries, related to Cash Automation which add value to customers and that can be implemented in Canada;
- Maintain relationships with customers and potential customers, with support from the commercial area or not, in order to understand their needs and develop new solutions;
- Develop a Business Plan of new opportunities and solutions, according to the best and most appropriate methodologies available;
- Monitor the implementation of new solutions in order to ensure and make sure the satisfaction of the customer's needs according to their expectations;
- Work in partnership with the commercial area, providing support when there is a need to meet new solutions demanded by customers. Support sales with: Market Research, Data Analysis on client Fact-Finding process (consultative sales) and Marketing A/B testing;
- Promote and Prepare Fact-Finding presentations of Proposals and ROI's (consultative sales approach);
- Maintain permanent contact and alignment with the commercial and operational areas, in order to update themselves on their specific aspects: knowledge of internal capabilities and knowledge. Enable and support client pipeline activities and reporting;
- Participate on team and client meetings. Collaborate with other areas of the company such as: Legal, Finance, Operations, etc.
- Participate in the preparation of the budget of the solutions under their responsibility, or that have been created in the New Business area.
