8+ years of enterprise project management experience.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models.
Proven experience managing large, complex ERP programs.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
PeopleSoft Expertise
Hands on experience managing PeopleSoft projects across one or more modules:
HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor)
Financials (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management)
Campus Solutions (Student Records, Financial Aid)
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and patching (PUM, tools upgrades)
Exposure to PeopleSoft Fluid UI, integrations, and bolt ons.
Governance & Delivery
Experience with PMO reporting, steering committees, and executive governance.
Risk, issue, dependency, and change request management.
