As a Housekeeping Head Houseperson, the organizational support you provide to the Housekeeping team will ensure our guest rooms are well equipped and welcoming - and our guests feel valued.Starting Rate: $22.44 per hourWhat you will be doing:
  • Provide daily supervision of housekeeping housepersons
  • Provide on-going training and support to the housekeeping housepersons
  • An expert in the technical side of the position including internet, telephone and on-command related troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping Leadership team in regards to scheduling, task assignments, and projects
  • Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of housekeeping vehicles through weekly inspections
  • Demonstrate, train and deliver service excellence to all guests
  • Other housekeeping duties as assigned
QualificationsYour experience and skills include:
  • Minimum 1 Year of previous housekeeping experience required, preferably in a supervisory level
  • Proven leadership ability required
  • Must possess a valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
  • Previous supervisory experience an asset
