DescriptionOur client in Mississauga ON who is a marketing services provider is looking for an Business Development Manager to join their team!This position features:
Base Salary of $50,000 - $70,000 + commission ($15,000 - $30,000 in first year) & a bonus.

-3+ years of B2B sales or new business development experience industries such as media, marketing or advertising or enterprise sales
-Strong English written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive follow-up -Organized, self-directed, and metrics-driven
-Familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proposal coordination
-Knowledge of the marketing, advertising, or creative agency landscape is a strong asset
-Familiar with CASL (Canada Anti-Spamming Law)Key Responsibilities
-Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn Navigator, referrals) to secure 8-10 meetings/month
-Research and qualify leads across Maple's core verticals
-Maintain and update CRM with outreach and pipeline activity
-Support proposal development and pitch logistics with senior team
