
Regional Manager – Development and Coaching

- Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience across multiple sites (retail, lab, medical services)
- Support teams through coaching, training, and ongoing development
- Analyze clinic financial data and recommend improvements
- Ensure consistency of campaigns and communications at customer touchpoints
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the field and support change initiatives
- Drive strategic growth and regional performance
- Minimum 5 years of multi-site team management experience in retail or hospitality
- At least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Degree in Business Administration or related field (an asset)
- Excellent coaching, talent development, and team engagement skills
- Willingness and ability to travel within Atlantic provinces
