Do you enjoy supporting teams, analyzing performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement?They are seeking a Regional Manager - Development and Coaching, ideally based in Moncton, New Brunswick, to oversee practices in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland.Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a consistent, high-quality patient experience across multiple sites (retail, lab, medical services)
Support teams through coaching, training, and ongoing development
Analyze clinic financial data and recommend improvements
Ensure consistency of campaigns and communications at customer touchpoints
Identify opportunities for improvement in the field and support change initiatives
Drive strategic growth and regional performance

Profile:

Minimum 5 years of multi-site team management experience in retail or hospitality
At least 4 years in a leadership or managerial role
Degree in Business Administration or related field (an asset)
Excellent coaching, talent development, and team engagement skills
Willingness and ability to travel within Atlantic provinces
