- Translate program goals into actionable plans with clear milestones and success measures
- Track schedules, milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks to ensure accurate and timely outcomes
- Monitor workload, timelines, and costs to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and in line with agreed objectives
- Identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable process improvements
- For senior roles, lead strategic planning and end‑to‑end execution of complex class action programs including performance metrics and change management
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless program execution and operational alignment
- Facilitate collaboration across internal and external participants to resolve blockers and optimize delivery
- Support end‑to‑end program operations by coordinating workplans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across teams and class action programs
- Maintain dashboards, trackers, and operational reports to surface insights for leadership
- Contribute to risk assessments and compliance reviews across programs
- Use data and analysis to support operational decisions and continuous improvement
- Drive documentation and knowledge sharing to support onboarding, compliance, and operational continuity
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and professional development within teams
- For senior roles, manage and support team members by setting clear expectations, monitoring workloads, and enabling effective delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Legal or a related field
- Experience ranging from 2–8 years across program operations, project coordination, cross‑functional delivery, or large‑scale operational environments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Ability to translate complex legal or operational content into clear, actionable procedures
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and outcomes‑focused, with a strong sense of ownership for delivery quality and execution
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly
- Advanced Excel skills required; data modelling skills are an asset
- Confident in driving change, influencing decision‑making, and holding teams accountable
- For senior roles, at least 2 years of experience leading teams and/or workstreams of 10+, including people management and operational strategy
- Bonus: Experience with class action settlements, regulatory service delivery, or other regulated environments
