- Post, reconcile and analyze retail, wholesale, fleet and dealer trade vehicle deals.
- Prepare and pay remittances for warranty, insurance and after-market sales.
- Post EFT payments for funding, payouts and chattels.
- Maintain and routinely reconcile schedules.
- Maintain inventory of deal files.
- Follow up with dealership management for outstanding items.
- Act as a liaison between dealerships and accounting for deal-related documentation.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or misapplied transactions.
- Monthly inventory reconciliation and audits.
- Exercise full discretion and confidentiality with payroll.
- Demonstrate utmost professionalism in the performance of duties.
- Execute tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other administrative duties as required by management.
- Posting and administering Leasing Portfolio
- College Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of Automotive Dealer Accounting experience is considered an asset.
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience preferred.
- Leasing Administration experience would be considered an asset.
- Ability to navigate and utilize computers at an advanced level, including the ability to operate spreadsheet, word processing and PDF editing programs, as well as email and Google documents.
- Strong computing skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Experience with CDK & 180 Dealer software is considered an asset.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- Demonstrate effective verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
