  • Supply Chain Engineering Co-op: In this 4 or 8-month co-op opportunity, you will gain critical experiences & skills through improving production efficiencies, innovating business solutions, and implementing process changes. In addition, with our Pep+ goals, you can be a part of charting a new course to drive positive action for the plant, our people and our planet. Throughout the term, you will have the opportunity to showcase your tangible impact by presenting on your contributions to the Supply Chain Leadership team!
  • Supply Chain Engineering Leadership Program: You’ll be based out of one of our world class manufacturing and distribution facilities. The goal of this Leadership Program is to develop the next great People leaders of PepsiCo! Your initial assignment will be to familiarize you with our day-to-day business operations and leading a front-line Supply Chain organization.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Sciences or similar program
  • Team oriented focus with a winning attitude
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative team-player with a “roll-up your sleeves” approach
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people
