- Compile and analyze manufacturing requirements from Smart Infrastructure, Electrical Products Canada business unit, incorporating inputs from sales, business segments, and management to develop a comprehensive master schedule for Canada
- Predict short-term and long-term production needs of the business unit, working closely with manufacturing sites to establish a feasible delivery schedule and strategy
- Identify adaptable solutions for resolving conflicts arising from conflicting priorities among sales, business unit, and manufacturing
- Lead various projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing communication between plant and business unit, and optimizing operational processes within the Systems segment and plant scheduling
- Collaborate with sales and factory planners/schedulers on managing large opportunities.
- Adjust the master schedule as needed to accommodate unforeseen changes
- Eng, B.Sc, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, logistics, or scheduling
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on process and data-driven decision-making
- Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving
- Experience in strategic business planning
- Knowledge of LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Proficiency in scheduling tools, MS Excel, and database management
- Exceptional communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an asset
- Fluency in French language is an asset
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
