The role requires interaction with client/business and technology leadership, effective communications commensurate with the audience and the ability to promote an idea and gain consensus is critical.
Should work closely with end users resolving their day-2-day operational issues, converting functional gaps into technical specifications and plan the development activities.
- Solid knowledge and experience in .Net Framework 4.0/3.5, SQL, XML, Microsoft SQL Server 2016/2019.
- Solid knowledge MSSQL PL/SQL Stored procedure.
- DevOps CI/CD pipeline development/debug experience
- Windows Power shell scripting
- Control-M and OBM monitoring
- Integration experience
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Managing Incidents
- Should have very strong knowledge in Trade lifecycle, accounting/ledgering, integration with various third party financial products like FIS, Bloomberg, BoNY etc..
- Maintaining the team's governance routines in relation to the updates of applicable procedures and document preparation for appropriate governance forums/meetings.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision & independence
- Proposing areas of improvement for review based on stakeholders input and analysis of related data.
- Perform regular system checks and analysis and provide reports of system functioning and service level.
- Troubleshoot and restore system processing in event of incidents and problems.
- Help drive strategy to transform current platforms using new technologies and tools available that best support the business need.
- Responsible for the design, architecture and the successful implementation of effective and quality solutions that resolve highly complex business problems and support business needs. Accountable for delivery according to pre agreed timelines and budgetary constraints.
- Ensure that delivery meets the integrity, quality, performance, and reliability requirements by building automated testing and regression suites and use of DevOps principles.
- Effectively manage a team of technical professional including software engineers and developers by setting performance expectations, monitoring performance and providing technical guidance and coaching. This includes assisting in the recruitment of talents and building
