- Review inventory warehouses and SP trucks to ensure there are no negative inventory balances on hand.
- receipt all SP truck loads from refineries once BOLs are sent into the respective supply mail inboxes or from regional inventory admins.
- Review and receipt all delivered propane loads in ADDS. ensuring completeness and accuracy of information updated in secure sheet prior to receipting.
- Investigate discrepancies with applicable carriers or with SGL.
- Create purchase orders (POs) in ADDS system for bulk propane for lines per secure sheet Rail Sheet.
- retrieving from Rail Sheet BOLs from shared drive and re-distribute to specific markets by email or printing hard copy for the market.
- reconcile outstanding purchase orders and investigate discrepancies daily. Refer to LCM (Landed Cost Master) for accuracy.
- Process direct hauls (DH) and direct sale (DS) customer loads as required and ensure product pricing info from national pricing is correct prior billing customers.
- request semi-monthly reports from SGL to reconcile any outstanding loads and make necessary adjustments as needed.
- Review and investigate any negative balances reported by the Sr. Inventory Analyst at month end.
- Provide the cost per ADDS upon request from regional inventory admins so they ensure the correct cost billed to SGL when loads are lifted from any SP main storages by SGL.
- Communicate with carriers and other third parties as required.
- Regularly work with the regional inventory admins on propane variance investigations.
- Vacation coverage for other members of the RSTA team members.
- Support ADDS system updates and any Ad hoc reporting and data analysis as required.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
- 1-3 years working experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to details to ensure accuracy and completeness of large data records.
- Team player, able to work under minimal supervision
- Customer service skills that are supported by strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Excel & outlook.
- Workday & ADDS systems experience preferred.
- Fluency in English/French (bilingual) both written and verbal will be an added asset.
