Our bustling family of five is urgently in need of some extra hands to help manage the domestic tasks that our full-time jobs and three active little ones leave us with little time to attend to. We are seeking to fill the position of a Housekeeper; a dedicated, responsible and experienced individual who will assist us in keeping the home neat and occasionally chip in with meal preparations to lighten the load and boost efficiency. The position is part-time, requiring your services primarily on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks which include, but are not limited to; cleaning the interior of the house, along with immediate external areas. You'll be involved in kitchen cleaning, taking care of dishes, cleansing the inside and outside of our fridge, dishwasher, oven, cupboards, pantry, counters and floors. This role also entails laundry duties including washing and drying of clothes and other household items, as well as ironing. We would appreciate help with meal preparation and service, grocery shopping and running typical household errands. Your tasks will also include bed making, linen changing, and if necessary, hiring and supervising other household staff members. Please note that a valid driver's license is mandatory for this role. This is due to the nature of some of the errands and grocery runs that will be part of your duties. Additionally, we ask that you have your own car that can be utilized when needed. This position is a live-out opportunity. So, we would prefer someone who lives within easy commuting distance to our residence. We estimate that you will be working for less than 20 hours per week.
