Job Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:Our client is looking for motivated Sales Associates to join their team. You’ll support new home sales by engaging clients, managing leads, maintaining show homes, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales skills and a passion for helping customers find their ideal home.What You’ll Do:- Greet and assist clients in model homes and sales centers.
- Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Support sales consultants in closing deals and preparing contracts.
- Provide updates and coordinate client appointments.
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment.What You Bring:- Proven sales experience
- Strong communication and business acumen
- Availability to work shifts (weekdays 2–8 PM, weekends 12–5 PM, including some holidays)
