- Understand complex technical topics and translate them into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrate curiosity and initiative by researching, experimenting with, and mastering the technical subjects to be taught;
- Lead engaging training sessions with strong pedagogical skills and a genuine passion for sharing knowledge.
- Train adult learners from various technical backgrounds, both remotely and in person.
- Create and maintain high-quality training materials, in both written and video formats.
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Point of Sales systems.
- Ability to design training methods and develop soft skills for adults and/or technical staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in the retail or grocery sector is considered an asset.
- Experience in the retail sector, such as grocery stores, pharmacies, or convenience stores, is essential.
- Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation from the first year.
