Position Type: Full-Time, PermanentPay: Starting at $65,000 annually

- Oversee daily production activities across fabrication, welding, CNC, and powder coating departments.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met safely and efficiently.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer specifications.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols to support accurate and efficient production.
- Plan and coordinate workflow, staffing, and resources to optimize output and meet deadlines.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of approximately 15 production employees.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork on the shop floor.
- Support process improvement and cost-reduction efforts.
- Perform additional duties as required in a hands-on, physically active leadership role.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- At least 2 years of experience in a fabrication or automotive manufacturing environment (supervisory experience preferred).
- Engineering background considered an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of welding, fitting, CNC machining, and powder coating processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols.
- Demonstrated experience managing production schedules and workflow.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills.
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
