
Project Manager – Water and Wastewater Services

- Project Planning & Scoping
- Define project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules
- Ensure alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers and designers
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and foster collaboration
- Resolve conflicts and maintain team morale
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones
- Manage expectations and ensure client satisfaction
- Budget & Resource Management
- Track project costs and ensure delivery within budget
- Allocate resources efficiently and adjust as needed
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts
- Risk & Quality Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Conduct quality assurance checks throughout the project lifecycle
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and final project evaluations
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred.
- Technology degree would be considered in combination with the right work experience.
- Experience in multidisciplinary design and construction preferred.
- P.Eng. or P. Tech designation (or eligibility).
- 10+ years of relevant project management experience, preferably in industrial process, water or wastewater industry.
