Service Advisor

• Greet clients with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
• Process sales efficiently and accurately
• Perform boat drop-off and pick-up, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers
• Collaborate with the service shop on identifying parts/accessories that add value to our customers
• Co-ordinate service appointments and technician tasks to keep operations running smoothly
• Provide expert phone troubleshooting and maximize sales opportunities
• Conduct boat and accessory orientations and follow-up programs to build lasting relationships
• Handle parts inquiries and sales with knowledge and efficiency
• Organize store displays and maintain a visually appealing,well-stocked environment
• Assist with administrative tasks and data entry to ensure accurate recordkeeping
• Perform cleaning, deliveries, and light mechanical tasks to contribute to a clean and well-maintained workspace
• Participate in inventory counts and training to stay updated on products and procedures
• Assist with yard cleanup and winterization to prepare for the off-season
