In this role, you will guide regional sales professionals, strengthen customer relationships, and grow service sales across products, systems, and solutions.You will join a collaborative and ambitious team that values curiosity, innovation, and customer focus. You will contribute directly to our mission of advancing a more sustainable energy future while growing your own leadership and commercial expertise.How you’ll make an impactLead a national team of regional service sales professionals.Align regional growth strategies with national objectives.Deliver or exceed total orders targets and service portfolio targets.Hold regular review meetings with internal partners and drive action plans.Grow the opportunity pipeline year over year to meet budget needs.Build and execute national strategies to drive service sales growth.Develop and manage sales KPIs to meet key goals.Monitor customer and market trends to refine national and regional sales plans.Create and execute service sales plans in key growth markets.Train, mentor, and develop regional service sales professionals.Maintain strong account coverage across all regions.Ensure opportunities and customer visits are documented in Salesforce.Review the installed base and develop targeted sales campaigns.Live our core values of safety and integrity.Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.Your backgroundBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or Business Administration.7+ years of sales and marketing experience.Leadership experience is an asset.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (French desired).Strong customer relationship skills.Goal‑oriented and self‑driven.Ability to develop solutions for technical and commercial challenges.Results‑driven with strong customer focus.Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.In compliance with Ontario’s Pay Transparency requirements, the expected compensation for this role is:Salary Range: $140,000 – $180,000More about usWe want you to thrive with us—at work and beyond.
