We take pride in the strong team we’ve built by recognizing that our service is only as good as the people behind it.Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage the overall operations of multiple accounts during overnight shifts. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on cleaning experience.
Main DutiesManage and oversee operations across multiple client accountsCoordinate complex scheduling based on scope of work and client requirementsParticipate in hiring and training of new staffEnsure all Health & Safety standards are maintainedComplete and submit required administrative paperwork promptlyPrepare work schedules and supervise specialized cleanersManage staff schedules and timesheets using time management systems, aligned with provided budgetsConduct site inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are metPerform cleaning duties as requiredRequirements

Must have a class-5 Driver's License

Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in cleaning

Experience operating and troubleshooting equipment such as:

Auto-scrubbersCarpet steamersFloor polishing machines

Ability to pass a criminal background check successfully

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Good understanding of written and spoken English

Ability to work 35–40 hours per week with flexibility

Willingness to travel to surrounding areas as needed

Honest, reliable, and dependable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
