About Our ClientOur infrastructure client is looking to add a Senior AP Specialist to their team. The AP Specialist with be the lead on a team of 2 accounts payable professionals, and responsible for full-cycle, capital expenditure payable processing. If you are in the market, and have experience with high-volume Capex, accounts payable, this could be an exciting opportunity work with a tightly knit team.Responsibilities
  • Accurately code invoices
  • Accounts payables for capital expenditure, percentage of completion, and contract review
  • Follow up with managers to ensure approval/timely payments
  • Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
  • Ensure accounts receivable and collections are reflected through accounts payable invoices
  • Journal entries, and cash management
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of accounts payable experience
  • Experience with SAGE is an asset
  • A team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
