As an Account Manager at Aplin, you will:
- Serve as the key contact for assigned small-to-medium and large enterprise clients.
- Build and expand client relationships with creativity and initiative.
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and verticals.
- Strategize for client growth and successfully introduce Aplin's brand to new markets.
- Actively network to boost brand recognition and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with our seasoned recruitment and business development teams.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience (1-6 years) in Account Management, Sales, or business-to-business (B2B) environments."
- Self-Starter: Proactive and driven-comfortable building business from the ground up.
- Go-Getter Attitude: Operates with urgency, positivity, and resilience.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Confident using MS Office and CRM platforms.

- Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000
- On Target Earnings (OTE): Uncapped commission opportunities
