- Ensure timely and professional handling of customers, invoice inquiries and any other issues
- Collaborate with Product Support Manager to ensure effective resolutions
- Process and manage WIP (work in progress) to ensure timely invoicing within cycle deadlines
- Implement processes required for WIP operations to ensure objectives are achieved/exceeded
- Ensure all work order documentation is in order and filed accordingly
- Process warranty work and associate Time Requirement Guides (TRG’s) for the Truck Service
- Process and submit Goodwill Claims
- Monitor, track and manage warranty analysis reports and claims to CAT including rejected claims
- Manage local purchases to ensure proper allocation and alignment with pricing as quoted
- Monitor maintenance contract variance, associated expenses and labor recap prior to payroll submissions
- Manage operational metrics as determined by key service indicators
- Participate in safe work and environmentally sound behaviors and objectives at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy/Program(s) and best practices
- Minimum post-secondary education
- Technical experience
