• Ensure timely and professional handling of customers, invoice inquiries and any other issues
• Collaborate with Product Support Manager to ensure effective resolutions
• Process and manage WIP (work in progress) to ensure timely invoicing within cycle deadlines
• Implement processes required for WIP operations to ensure objectives are achieved/exceeded
• Ensure all work order documentation is in order and filed accordingly
• Process warranty work and associate Time Requirement Guides (TRG’s) for the Truck Service
• Process and submit Goodwill Claims
• Monitor, track and manage warranty analysis reports and claims to CAT including rejected claims
• Manage local purchases to ensure proper allocation and alignment with pricing as quoted
• Monitor maintenance contract variance, associated expenses and labor recap prior to payroll submissions
• Manage operational metrics as determined by key service indicators
• Participate in safe work and environmentally sound behaviors and objectives at all times in support of Toromont’s Health and Safety Policy/Program(s) and best practices

• Minimum post-secondary education
• Technical experience
