- Participate in personnel management of the Abitibi region.
- Participate in the development and implementation of the strategic plan for the region.
- Monitor local business opportunities, liaising with the firm's various stakeholders as required.
- Participate in business development strategies and activities with customers in the region.
- Actively participate in the follow-up of the firm's projects with our local clients, to ensure that our mandates are delivered in accordance with the company's values and to the complete satisfaction of our clients.
- Maintain business relations with existing clients and develop business relations with new clients.
- Participate and represent CIMA+ in the city's business and socio-economic development activities.
- In addition to business operations duties, project management including production of deliverables (reports, design, plans and specifications, expertise).
- Profile
- University degree or college diploma in mechanical, industrial, electrical or civil engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience, experience with a consulting engineering firm an asset.
- Knowledge of the mining and metals, or heavy industrial sector
- Significant network of contacts in the mining and metals, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Experience with P&L responsibilities.
- Licenced Professional Engineer

- Expertise in business development and operations management.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work under pressure.
- Recognized expertise in engineering project management and relevant experience in construction, planning and estimating.
