Start Date: ASAPOverviewThis role is about building a fast, high-quality hiring engine, not just filling roles.As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own and evolve how we hire across North America and Europe. You'll run full-cycle recruitment, but more importantly, you'll design and continuously improve the systems behind it: making hiring faster, easier for managers, and consistently high quality.You are someone who doesn't accept manual, slow, or messy processes. You look for ways to automate, streamline, and scale using AI and simple systems. At the same time, you hold a high bar for talent and ensure our hiring process is structured, consistent, and respected.This is a high-volume recruiting role with a strong systems lens. You will spend most of your time running searches and closing candidates, while actively eliminating slow, manual, and messy recruiting. You'll streamline and automate the process to move faster, involve hiring managers more effectively, and maintain a high bar without adding complexity.ScopeCore Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of roles (operations, customer support, product, sales, marketing, beekeeping, corporate)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define needs, calibrate profiles, and run efficient, high-quality hiring processes
- Run multiple searches in parallel, maintaining speed without sacrificing quality
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for both capability and values alignment
- Ensure a fast, thoughtful, and consistent candidate experience from first touch to offer
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback loops with internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the ATS
- Continuously identify and eliminate manual, slow, or redundant steps in the recruiting process
- Use AI and automation to reduce manual work across sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and reporting
- Build simple, scalable workflows that make it easy for hiring managers to participate effectively
- Increase hiring velocity without lowering the bar
- Own the hiring process end-to-end, ensuring it is followed and maintains a consistently high bar across all roles and regions
- Guide hiring managers to run effective hiring processes, making it easy to follow while holding the line on quality, decisions, and offers
- Maintain clean, reliable data and workflows in the ATS
- Contribute to our employer brand (Glassdoor, Linkedin, events)
- Support talent market research and benchmarking
- Continuously improve recruiting operations and candidate experience
- Support onboarding coordination as needed
- Experience running full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment (ideally SaaS)
- Strong interest in using AI and automation to reduce manual work and increase speed
- Ability to manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and priorities without losing structure
- High attention to detail and strong instincts for process discipline and data integrity
- Comfortable pushing back and holding a high bar with hiring managers
- Hands-on, proactive, and biased toward action
- Strong communication skills: clear, direct, and practical
- Bilingual in English and French
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions
- Comfortable with ATS (Greenhouse), sourcing tools, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack)
- Experience recruiting across multiple regions (Canada, US, Europe)
- Exposure to employer branding, talent operations, or recruiting analytics
- Familiarity with People Operations and HR processes more generally
- Roles are filled quickly without compromising quality
- Hiring managers are engaged and effective, without creating bottlenecks
- Recruiting processes are simple, fast, and increasingly automated
- Candidate experience is strong and consistent across roles and regions
- Data in the ATS is clean, reliable, and actionable
- The hiring engine scales without adding unnecessary complexity or headcount
