- A mix of administrative work and on-site involvement
- Full time, permanent role
- Must be available for on-call and occasional weekends
- Collect rent and manage accounts, including tracking payments and following up on arrears
- Market and advertise vacant units; schedule and conduct showings
- Screen applicants and facilitate leasing processes, including lease preparation and renewals
- Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and document property condition
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and contractor work
- Respond to tenant inquiries, concerns, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for all properties
- Ensure compliance with applicable tenancy laws and regulations
- Previous experience in property management, real estate, or a related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple units
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or property management software
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving abstract and ability to travel between properties
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) Designation
- Experience managing both residential and commercial properties
- Familiarity with local tenancy legislation and regulations
- Background in maintenance coordination or basic property upkeep knowledge
- Experience with marketing rental properties (online listings, social media, etc.)
