They are currently looking for a Master Planner, reporting to the General Manager.Main responsibilities:
  • Organize and supervise production start-up to ensure that deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Ensure a smooth link between the various stages of the manufacturing process, while maintaining a global view of the production chain.
  • Proactive daily planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments, management and the floor.
  • Evaluate manufacturing procedures to be implemented in response to customer orders.
  • Constantly improve organization and production methods in line with changing orders.
  • Observation, analysis and strategy are essential in this role.
  • Relational and communication skills are an integral part of this position.
  • Variety of tasks in a key, strategic role in the company.
Skills and qualifications :
  • Highly agile, versatile, and rigorous in a constantly changing environment.
  • Required experience in a master planner role in a manufacturing environment.
