
Pharmacy Warehouse Technician

Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Manager, the Warehouse Technician supports pharmacy logistics by managing inventory, shipping, receiving, and quality checks to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medications.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining records
- Create courier labels efficiently and accurately
- Trace and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare outgoing deliveries using validated packaging to maintain medication quality
- Verify and unload incoming shipments at the warehouse
- Perform quality inspections on received goods; record shortages and reject damaged items
- Store or stock items in appropriate locations
- Maintain freezer packs in sufficient quantity and quality for temperature-controlled shipping
- Operate lift truck or pump truck from shipping/receiving platform to storage area
- Manage the returns process
- Sort, count, identify, verify, and track materials to maintain accurate inventory records
- Participate in quality assurance activities as directed
- Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Operations Manager on performance management issues
- Assemble, label, and provide supplies as required under specific contracts
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to organize workload efficiently
- Ability to function independently
