- Minimum 5 years of construction/restoration estimating experience.
- Must have previous experience managing projects (construction or restoration).
- Prepare accurate & timely cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
- Review drawings, specifications, & project documents to assess scope.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, & condition assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers & engineers to ensure seamless project handoff.
- Negotiate with suppliers & subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- Oversee tender processes, including documentation & scope of work.
