
Full Charge Bookkeeper

- Manage full-cycle accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Handle intercompany transactions and ensure accurate reporting across multiple entities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct reconciliations of accounts to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely submission of tax filings.
- Coordinate month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records for investment entities.
- Collaborate with the owner and stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Support audits and liaise with external auditors when required.
- Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and tax accounting.
- Familiarity with intercompany accounting and financial reconciliation.
- Ability to prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
